How dose the process work?

When you contact us, we will discuss your project over the phone and set up a time for a free in-house consultation. Based on your needs, we will bring a wide range of fabrics and samples. At that time, we will measure your windows and provide you with a price based on your selection. Once you approve the project, we ask for a deposit to start the process. We will then update you on the progress and set up a time for the installation. When ready, we will install product with one of our trusted installers and ensure that everything meets your satisfaction.

How long does it take?

Once you have selected your fabrics, hardware and or products, we will check with the manufactures on delivery times. Should there be any backorder or long delivery time, we will get back with you to either change to a better option or agree on the estimated completion time.
For custom window treatments we normally estimate about four weeks from approval to installation (may be two weeks longer in peek seasons (OCT, NOV &DEC). Please discuss any special as early as possible, so that we can do our best to get it done in time. Blinds and shades can be done in as little as two weeks.

We have served the Atlanta GA area for the last thirty years and recently expanded to the Dallas (DFW) TX area. We have also done numerous jobs for designers and clients outside of these areas from Cape Cod to Florida where the product was shipped and installed by a local installer.
